It is a macaroni and cheese, I suspect, that Coldplay fans might enjoy. But if you get worn down by the world as a whole, and few things bring you more comfort than the sounds of John Lee Hooker, Baby Blues is what you're looking for. It's sloppier there, packed into a small cup and served by the oft scantily clad farmer's daughter-esque waitresses, alongside whatever down home fare floats your boat, like Memphis style ribs, collard greens or pulled pork.

As far as I can gather, you can't order moonshine with it, but the fluffy and much more heavily seasoned varietal still holds up without it. Either way though, fancy or casual, creamy or fluffy, alternative or blues, your stomach deserves that cheesy brick its been asking for. Time to succumb. Serving mac 'n' cheese made from a box is convenient, but it doesn't deliver the creamy, cheesy goods like the homemade stuff can. I will no longer patronize this "restaurant" that simply does not know what it is. Obnoxious I just can't rave enough about Mo and her team. She personally saw to it that my husband and I had heaping plates of food as soon as we were at our table.

Forget the actual wedding; all people were talking about was the food. I can't tell you how many people everyone there said this was the best wedding food they had ever had, and the best BBQ hands down. We went with the cheaper option of having the food prepared at the restaurant Bottom line: Danny offered numerous suggestions and alternatives for my future events. The food was amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive. Pricing is budget friendly! Would definitely recommend to any of my clients looking for BBQ for their wedding or event.

We booked Baby Blues before we found our venue because we loved the food so much, and they didn't disappoint! Our wedding was this past Saturday and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision: It was a person wedding with no kitchen only rentals or water source and minimal time to set up. Mo's staff got it all done "all" includes a room turnover during appetizer hour, making coffee and serving drinks on top of grilling and from the feedback we've been getting, it sounds guests were very, very happy.

My friends helping with set up also raved about how sweet and thoughtful her staff was--once they saw the decor of the appetizer hour yes, we used them for appetizer hour, too they even incorporated some of our flowers into the tray-passed items. And while we were setting up a bit in the morning, they stepped in to help even though it was for something they weren't in charge of!

We were also pleasantly surprised by the pieces of decor they brought in for their food items--really tasteful trays and baskets as well as an awesome buffet set up. First time for Catering with Baby's and I'm not really impressed, they are A-ok in my book. Nothing to die over for. I've heard such great and wonderful things about them.

Maybe today was their off day. Their customer service was Excellent! People are hungry over here and will start to eat me, if the food doesn't get here in time. They are the sweetest, flesh-eating zombies you could ever work for. But don't mess with their food. Anyway, Baby Blues actually ended up right on time. Quality of food: The Ribs were over-cooked, so dry. I couldn't cut through them with my plastic fork, so I just threw my plate away.

Seriously, it took too long and I don't have 5 minutes worth of patience to cut through the layers of charcoaled meat. It was baked, crispy on top and warm and gooey in the middle. So tasty! Everything else was pretty good. I'm just going to go ahead and assume they didn't prepare enough time to cook all off our food and rushed it, so that's why the ribs were burnt.

Granted we are a large order so I won't take it too hard.

If they had terrible customer service and terrible prices, I would totally Flip! But they're nice people, so I will come back and give it another go 'round. Baby Blues BBQ recently catered my wedding and it was fantastic!!!! I can not express enough how great they were to work with. If you are on the fence, hire them, you will not regret it!!! Your contact person will be Mo, who is simply wonderful. She is so helpful and makes herself completely available for any questions. The whole catering team is so reliable. The packages are delicious! If Mo suggests you go with the package that includes shrimp as an appetizer, go with it!

It is the most delicious shrimp you'll ever have! The catering service is great for any sized party. If you want, they will bring their own grills, which is a wonderful treat and really sets the BBQ atmosphere at a party especially the delicious smells! Make sure you save room in your fridge for the post-party leftovers! They do an amazing job throughout the party, offering appetizers and socializing with guests but not getting in the way of the party. And after your event, they'll do a wonderful job cleaning up completely in our case they left the house even cleaner than it was before they got there!
